BZ Architecture is an enterprise focused on architecture and on the visualization of architectural virtual spaces.. We design, plan and represent architectual ideas. In BZ Architecture, we are committed to reach the best result, basing our work methodology on the communication with the client from the very beginning.

Thanks to recent advances in new technology, architectural images have come to play an important role in the design world and in society in general. Through the representation of virtual architecture images, the properties of space, light, texture and shape can be explained into a single 3D image before being materialized architecture, and therefore, it is more and more essential to use this kind of images. In this way, if it is required, textures , colors, shapes and all key elements can be rethought in order to develop a render that meets the requirements of our customers.

We perform modelling, 3D architectural renderings and high quality computer graphics for architectural projects, interior and product design. We are interested in ideas regardless of their scale, therefore, we deal with projects ranging from architecture and its graphical representation (mainly focused on the architectural competition) to graphic design. We work with our clients in person or over the network from Barcelona. Our relationship with the customer is a priority for us, thus, from the outset establish direct contact and close, vital for optimal outcome. In BZ Building success of our work is based on a process of continuous work of a general concept down to the last detail define. Renders PFC: Centro sociocultural y residencia de estudiantes en Nanjing

El proyecto está situado en la ciudad china de Nanjing. A partir de 3 volúmenes, se generan espacios exteriores que dialogan con cada uno de los volúmenes, no solo por la forma, si no también mediante una secuencia de patios que genera ciertas visuales, dando carácter de mayor o menor privacidad en función de cada uso. PFC renders del proyecto de Anna Canyadell El proyecto trata el programa para la generación de un espacio interior. La volumetría se dispone como un lugar de reflexión. La plataforma que contiene la parte administrativa y el bar se eleva para separarse del caos de la ciudad así generando un acceso más íntimo al tanatorio, mientras que las piezas de velatorio y capilla se desarrollan siguiendo diferentes directrices para cerrar el espacio interior.

Renders Proyecto Final de Carrera de Ana Sebastián Qui
El solar se ubica en el barrio de Poblenou donde encontramos varias preexistencias como naves y muros de fábrica de ladrillo que pertenecían a un antiguo recinto fabril, “La Farinera Asunción”. Después del estudio del entorno y del solar en sí, se propone como programa un centro cívico y una guardería, manteniéndose las dos naves y los muros que marcan las directrices del proyecto. Dada la escasez de espacio público en la zona, se generan dos vacíos que articulan el proyecto i que sirven como acceso. Las cubiertas planas y ajardinadas descansan sobre los muros existentes de obra.
El proyecto quiere ser coherente i consecuente con su entorno físico y con su entorno social y económico, por un lado siendo un equipamiento proporcionado a las necesidades del barrio y por otro creando espacios públicos que ayudarán a mejorar la cohesión social del barrio.

Proyecto Final de Carrera de Pilar Bustillo Iguaz La volumetría persigue la idea de consolidar la isla generada a partir de la superposición de las dos trazas predominantes: la agrícola y la del Plan Cerda. In this way, la alineación a vial y la delimitación de las dos esquinas, realzan la imagen del conjunto. Por otro lado, el proyecto persigue arropar los programas tan diferenciados de: Biblioteca, Sala polivalente y Centro de día, creando una piel externa que permite un único código de lectura. La cohesión de estos volúmenes se genera a través de un elemento volado que interactúa con el interior y exterior. Renders PFC

Rome Motorino Check Point: Concurso ArchMedium

The project aims to address the lack of space that the city of Rome in a central point, as is Roma Termini, when it comes to park motorcycles and bicycles (it is not only the primary means of transport and a majority group but also defines a lifestyle).

LOCATION:

The Square Five hundred is an urban void with a lot of flow that serves as a cushion between the city and the train terminal. Although the movement which is detected at the site, the site is an area devoid of urban life where pedestrians come and go running through the space. This space should be a dynamic public space, but it must also be a meeting place, a place where urban life to mix and flow of communication.

Architecture project at an orphanage - school on the island of Rusinga (Kenya). It is an architectural project in development with the collaboration of various organizations.

This is an explanatory panel project guidelines in the absence of knowing the exact topography and use of materials. The general concepts of architecture are:

1-Flexibility on budget growth-needs: The cover assembly and platform is the unifying element of the project that can grow to occupy the space that houses the element.

2-Division program 3: (Amarillo_aulas, Common Azul_zonas, Rojo_dormitorios) The strip of common services acts as a filter between classrooms and dormitories.

3-The living areas are separated from the soil and cover: To improve the thermal insulation of the occupiable volumes, separate cover and soil through the stage.

4-Cover used to capture and reuse rainwater.

Architecture – Meditation space

Architectural Competition. Hispalyt VIII

It is a meditation space where the project stems from the relationship between meditation and architectural space, conceptually solving competition program from two architectural gestures and delimiting an interior space for exercise and quiet reflection.

PROJECT STRATEGY:

The set is defined as two bodies that are integrated into a single volume but are linked by similar concepts. The project defines the vertical body with road and outside functions as a signal that displays the path away from announcing an upcoming stop, as if it were ONE STOP ON THE ROAD. The interior is covered with a skylight space that generates a diffuse light as a prelude to meditation space. The body is placed horizontally for visual open vegetation was found on the edge of the cemetery and thanks to the position of project, generated by the land slope, are favored.
